When i was 11, i changed schools. I practically BEGGED my so called friend from previous school to play with me (as in, my mother called his mother) more than 10 plus (!!!!) Times. He always "flaked at the last minute". After some time, even i got the memo....

dunno if thats a thing with most countries, all I know is that they see me and they dont even bother greeting lr saying a simple high unless I do it. Yet when it comes to people they actually considered friends they do it.
