That's my theory anyway. I've said it before but if rapists aren't allowed to be free, neither should anyone else. And it's not just about rapists. There's people in jail for Holocaust denial and who knows what else. They've arrested Isabel Vaughan Spruce for praying and Lauren Handy for opposing abortion. Crime reform isn't enough.
