Maybe start with an official name, maybe call it The Incel State Of Blackpillology ?

Basically copy the Taliban, remove some of the cucked stuff like worshipping the Jewish God, and take some hints from the Gilead clan in Handmaid's Tale. Eg. Each man gets 1 wife and 1 sex slave, adjust the male/female birth ratio to 2 females per male so the ratio works out in thelong run.
