In my view, if the Trump administration were to focus specifically on reversing the declining White birth rate, it would have to adopt natalist policy comparable in structure to the family loan and benefit programs used in National Socialist Germany to materially incentivize large families, but any racially targeted version of such an approach is incompatible with current U.S. legal and political constraints.
