By the 1900s Jim Crow would be introduced by Theodore Roosevelt to offer blacks separate but equal rights and make amends with the Confederate president to end slavery by giving the south access to farming equipment. In 1909, The confederate/Latin american war happens, with help from Native Americans and blacks and a peace treaty with Union, Mexico loses the war. Mexicans becomes Confederate slaves and they used their labor to build a Great Wall of China-like border along the Mason-Dixie line and throughout the Mexican/Central American border. Mexico becomes a Confederate territory and is broken up into 6 states.

Uses natural resources from Mexico to trade with the Union states. Savannah, GA becomes the Ellis Island of the South for immigrant port entry. The Confederacy issues hordes of Irish and Scottish people to immigrate into the new Confederate territories.
