I would still sell my soul for such a deal, I mean, it would be God's fault in first place having created me so defective that I have to put my soul on SoulBay in the hope of living an acceptable life.

However, becoming immortal would even better because the technology would improve over time and grant you access to gene editing to become a super Chad. Moreover, you can botch the deal with devil by not dying at least for long time, assuming that your soul is actually claimed at your death. Even if souls don't exist, in the case they should, technology will become enough advanced to create them, so you could get your soul back, without even infringing the terms of the original deal.
