I like some of your proposals but I don't like the idea of a single name spanning multiple ranks.

Ideally we should have 10 distinct names for 10 distinct ranks.

Then we can amend https://incels.wiki/w/Decile with that new info.

I would suggest we use fictional characters as a precedent and name the tiers after them.

A first step would be arranging foid chars according to number (there will be some disputes that arise, we will need to resolve them) and then once we're in consensus about what number rank a foid is, we then vote on who is the most notable foid char for whom to name that tier after.
