If sexually transmitted diseases were fatal, would that put an end to degeneracy?

Since all the degenerates are fucking each other, if sexual diseases and infections were mutated (either naturally or artificially) so that getting them would be a death sentence, then would that kill the them off?

Imagine how one can poison very many insects by simply feeding them poisoned food that is then distributed among the colony. If only 1 insect was infected (but in a way they did not show any symptoms) then they could spread the sickness. However, it can't be so deadly like the Spanish flu that the disease dies out before it becomes effective.

If this was science fiction, people dying due to complications of HIV/AIDS could be interpreted as biological-based capital punishment for sexual immorality.

it's a punishment for degenerates

They are fatal, anyway super-gonorrhoea is a thing now so that should wipe out a bunch of normies.
