I am in no way defending women here, but I disagree with that argument. Pro-choice is about a person's right to control their own body, and the key word there is their. A man does not carry a pregnancy, so it would not make sense for him to be the one to demand an abortion. On the other point, men cannot be raped by women in the same sense, because she is not penetrating him or forcing pregnancy onto him; when men are raped, it is by another man. The only way I could imagine a man being raped by a woman is if he were completely unconscious or drugged, though even then it is usually the other way around.
