1. I would mobilize a lot more troops and go scorched earth to conquer all of Ukraine first.

2. I'd then Ukraine, Belarus, all all breakaway regions from neighboring states into one big Russian superstate.

3. I'd then consolidate and replenish the military while improving partnership with China and North Korea over the next few decades before aiming at the Baltic states.

4. I would conquer the Baltics after America collapses.

5. Then maybe Finland and Central Asia thereafter.
