I’m already going to the gym 2-3 times a week, it helped for a few weeks but I have been LDARing for the last two weeks or so, so it hasn’t helped me to stop feeling like that. I’ve asked about antidepressants here, but obviously it’s not seen as a positive here. So, my question is, how does everyone cope? When you feel like doing nothing but LDARing, what helps you to get out of that state?
