So any form of sex is off the table, both to you and every other man on the planet, foids stopped being sexual beings. That said, would you still want a girlfriend? She can still hug you and hold your hand but that's about it.

I'd still crave hugs but I think I'd care significantly less about obtaining a girlfriend than I do now. What I've realized over time, is that the vast majority of foids are boring NPCs with no personality. They don't even make for a good platonic friendship. You take away pretty much the only valuable part of them and now it feels like there's no point in pursuing them.

I would probably care like 10x less about them. Ofc i'd still want love, but I have never had any connection to women, so I think a huge motivator to connect with them would be gone.
