If blacks were to become the ethnic majority in America, whites would likely become victims of genocide. Constant civil wars and gang wars would be rampant. Technological progress would cease and cities would devolve into rotting wastelands
Dictatorships would form and slavery would become common place.

I cannot think of anything more terrifying than being in a country where blacks are the ethnic majority. Just look at the horrors constantly unfolding in Africa.
