Experiment If a normal man loses or never had his dick function is he then an incel?

Let's say you have an otherwise normal 5/10 guy in two circumstances:

1. Never had proper dick function, can't do PIV sex or any sex at all really (eg. total impotence).
2. Had proper dick function for part of his life, but then develops ED or some other dick problem and can no longer have any sex at all.

Let's say in both cases he is still normal looking and normal socially, so he can get dates online, but no longer sees any point in bothering because he can't have sex and it will always ends in disappointment.

In each case is he what you would call an "incel"? Why or why not?

I would say in both cases he is incel because if you don't have basic dick function, you can't have sex, and that's that. But I see a lot of people on here always trying to set up reasons and gatekeep for why you can only be incel in very specific circumstances, so I'm curious.

Follow up: Let's say this guy in both cases creates an account here and explains his situation. Would you think he should be banned for "bragging" if he explains what makes him incel and how it affects him?

I guess it's all about whether you subscribe to sex-centric, attraction-centric or relationship-centric definition of inceldom.

Likely in this scenario he couldn't find a relationship because women would dump him after they find out about his broken dick.

But either way, there are basically two ways one can be incel:

• wanting a romantic & sexual non-paying relationship but unable to get it.
• wanting a sexual non-paying relationship but unable to get it.

But getting sexual contact as part of the deal is a necessity by definition because of the "celibate" term.

If a man has a romantic relationship but can't have sex despite wanting to by definition he is an involuntary celibate.

If you disagree you need a new label for what you want to discuss than "incel".

He's obviously an incel, because he involuntarily can not have sex. Being an incel isn't related to past events, I believe it revolves on the present situations which the male faces as to whether he's an Incel or not.
