This not only goes for women but also men. I would never believe someone that said that they like me.

I have 0 redeeming qualities, I have 0 skills in not a single realm of life wheter it be offline or online. There is absolutely no reason for someone to ever like me under any circumstances. If someone complimented, me I'd assume that they want something from me or just want to win over my favour so that they can use me to their benefit later. This goes especially for women but also for men. I'd ALWAYS assume they are lying. Not a single person in my life ever commended me for anything because I never did anything good in life. Not a single teacher that sang my praises, not a single family member ever said anything good about me, not a single friend telling me that I did something well because I just suck that much at life.

I have never received love so I am automatically assuming that any positive feelings someone might have for me is a down right lie or them using compliments as a means to manipulate and get out of me what they want.
