The bliss of being asleep is the only time of the day where I feel at peace. Even when I am having horrible nightmares, I still prefer it to waking up.

I didn't fall asleep until around 3 in the afternoon, and I just woke up at 12 at night.

Yeah they can make you really drowsy over time. I get sleep paralysis anytime I take them, so I try to avoid taking them if possible.
