There is a variety of historical events that contributed to the butterfly effect of how inceldom occurs today. The Allies winning WW2 basically let (((Cultural Marxists))) infiltrate and destroy Western society, and implement a whole new gynocetric system. However, the situation would be far different if the Axis won WW2 Man in the High Castle style. Chances are, eugenics would likely be popularized across the globe. Even if the US survived alternate WW2, the lack of cultural Marxism likely leads to eugenics being implemented there too. Obviously degeneracy would not be as normalized today.
With that being said, there would definitely be less uglies and ethnics suffering because in this world they simply no longer exist.
