I learned when I was fifteen. That was also how I learned of my Dyscalculia; I very quickly noticed I had visual-spatial deficits and spent some of my time searching "Learning Styles".

However, my focus and processing are a bit better on Concerta:

and people always mad I'm not listening,

I have a few friends but yeah, sometimes I do things that annoy them and are socially inappropriate without me realizing it.

I have high inhibiton + ADHD, which I thought was worse than being a high inhib autistic genius coder, but I guess being low iq and autistic sounds the worst

if your blood pressure is well controlled, there's no problem in taking therapeutic doses of stimulants. and sounds like you really need it for your adhd.
