I will going to the gym today. I will hit it brutally. Let us see, how many people hit the gym with a New Years resolution to stay fit and healthy. There might be plenty of females, so I do have many target to lift.

35lb, I think it's 35 each side, I don't know. I do 4 reps of 8 but I can never finish. I'm a weakling tbhngl but I will progress

So, 110 lbs in total. The next target would be to reach 155 lbs. I usually go for around 180 lbs. I also went for 220 lbs though.
Why 110lbs, are other 40 from the bar?

I hit the gym on the 1st. As expected the newbs were out in full effect. Clips on the smith machine, received weird looks for grunting, fat hoes in yoga pants etc. It was dreadful, good luck man.

Me and lifting females? Lol. A female next to me texted with her mobile phone while I was working hard and still she could easily take more weight with the leg press. She made me look like a total wimp. And she was hot, I had to fap at home as well. I'm so pathetic. :(

I try to got for a bit more weight and less repetitions. But I also do a lot of sets in total.

track ur protein and calories if u want good gains. i wasnt doing it before and got slow growth but started tracking few weeks back and growth is far faster than before.

I have seen it, but it is rare. Usually the total weight is being used, which makes sense since you also lift the bar.

The universal gym speak is to quote the weight you lift in plates. 1pl8 = one 45lb/20kg plate each side of the bar.
