I have a bad smell of mud and my doctor said it could be because of a dry mouth.
He said there isn't much that can be done about it.
It could be that I can't breathe well because of my deformed nose and that's why everything dries up and stinks.
I have good oral hygiene and brush my teeth regularly and it still stinks.
The worst thing is when you get it from women who tell me that it stinks extremely.
I'm so screwed.
I know people who never brush their teeth and don't stink as badly as I do.
Maybe I even have Sjörgen syndrome because I also have dry eyes...

You can always eat sugar free gum.

Also make sure your tongue is clean. I have a tongue scraper and I love using it

drink apple cider vinegar and swirl some baking soda around in your mouth once a day for a week. I got rid of my bad breath with this method

Why a doctor and not a dentist?

go get multiple opinions to make sure there really isn't any surgery or similar you can do. had multiple experiences with doctors either not being up to date on the newest possibilities or being silent about stuff they don't like because they think the risks for w/e complications or side effects is too high or just because they are incompetent.

How much water do you drink?

I have a deformed nose too

Damn many nosecels in the comment, deviated septum and breathing issues / sleep apnea is definitely a truecel trait

You need advice from @Saysitsover

@Saysitsover come here nigger and help ur brocel
He should not be brushing teeth only do tooth rot

are you a mouthbreathercel? Doctors never tell you about it because they're scammers

I'm a senior medical student (4th yr). 80-90% of bad breath is from oral disease but you say you brush so I assume that's not it. (but do you brush your TONGUE? That is a very common cause).

First of all, despite having both dry eyes and mouth, you don't have Sjögren syndrome as almost all the recorded medical literature of that are females from 40-60 y/o. Actually a young male (I assume you are) having any autoimmune disease would be exceptionally rare. (Rare enough that a medical student or doctor would be eager to submit it as a case report to a journal.)

If not oral issue, the next thing is nasal. Of which I would ask if you have been sick recently. A post-nasal drip (accumulation of mucus) can sometimes smell. Some people have chronic sinusitis and have to deal with recurring bad breath.

It's a common mistake in medical exam questions to go to GI but though statistically unlikely is a possibility as well. In laymen's terms, people can for example have food stuck in a pocket in their throat without knowing it - which can rot and cause a smell.
Do you think any of these situations are possible?

Maybe your liver is roping? Idk I ain't no damn doctor. Just start smoking it'll remove any other smell and only leave the burnt/cigarette smell.

Get rhino, then, and drink a lot of water. Also, go to another doctor because if he can't tell you what the fuck is going on then he's a retard.

I need to get surgery for my own deviated septum as well, but I'm too much of a pussy to go under the knife and have long-ass IV needles stuck into me.

Thank you.
Everything is possible but as long as I don't know what it is it remains just theory.

It doesn't have to be a mystery. If you aren't chronically sick (runny nose, etc.) then it's 90% likely oral and a dentist could tell you. And in the small chance it's not - it's GI. Just go to a dentist first.

In terms of more unlikely causes than oral decay or post-nasal drip : do you have GERD? do you drink a lot of alcohol or take drugs that damage the liver?

I visit the dentist almost every year.
My dentist said I have weak teeth and they are poorly protected.
But my teeth have already been treated.
An ear and nose doctor looked at my nose and said that my nasal septum was crooked and I was having trouble breathing.
A strange mucus also collects in my nose.
GERD could also be a question because I often have heartburn and my food flows back into my mouth.

Go to a sleep doctor to fix your sleep apnea.

Thank me later.
