Today after my daily gymmaxxing routine one of my heels started hurting so I took a look. Turns out I had a scar, but that’s not the point. I realized I had not properly washed my feet in weeks, they were full of crusty, dark, peeling dead skin. I washed them with hot water and soap but the dead skin would not disappear, but I remembered I had a pumice rock laying somewhere. I proceeded to scrub the dead skin for a good 30 minutes until my feet were baby soft. It seems like washing them in the shower is not enough. I legit feel like I went up 0.5 PSL just by having baby soft light skinned feet. How often do you wash your feet?
