I Was Rejected By My Dream Job Today (Felt Like Crying)

I applied for my dream job of working in a library. I went to school for over 5 years got my bachelors degree and currently am getting my masters in library science. I've read more books than 90% of the applicants and have literally read at a harvard level and impressed harvard faculty. I am the best candidate for this position yet they are going to give it to some body who does not deserve it who has not done close to the amount of work I have done. Its not fair and to top of it... its probably going to be a women.

The better you make them feel like hiring you is a virtue signal the better you beat out the women, cripples, and other DEI.
The primary goal isn't library science it is to get knowledge to the under privileged using you high academic knowledge to make it happen.

Know the real job versus what is posted. Tell them that your skills give them an advantage in their virtue signal. Imagine they are trying to impress their friends and family at a cuck gathering and want to out virtue signal each other. Make them win even though you aren't DEI in that you will elevate the poor disadvantaged patrons and they don't have to life a finger.
You can probably make that promise come true since you aren't some dumbass like the hiring manager is
