i put psalms and prayers to protect me when i m sleeping because the energy of the world became so negative no joke i feel better , felt something was mad about it , once i heard two small voices (gremlin like) leaving my head saying we have to leave we can t do anything and it happenned when i put on prayers and started praying to god i swear to you bro i didnt hallucinate i just heard the voices like they re not part of me but they are in me , i also did sleep paralysis 2 times scared to death god saved my life , once i woke up felt a super bad energy in my room and then i heard my father screaming in his sleep , my mother did sleep paralysis when she was in a hospital once , yeah , those fucking things are real bro.
