My parents disregarded me and left me to fend for myself at a young age. Treated me similar to a dog. Just fed me and potty trained me, that was about the extent of our interactions

As result I like many life skills. Social skills, how to cook, how to do my taxes, etc. All things that other users here can’t do also

One thing I’ve noticed though is, idk how to ride a bike. Many other people here ride bicycles or atleast know how to. I was never taught

Such a basic life skill, like talking, walking, reading, etc. But i was never taught. It was not worth the time to teach a complete genetic failure any skills. Not like they expected me to use them for any good anyways, which they ended up being right

Incel trait you can't ride a bike

same

I had to learn it all by myself

jfl same.

i missed out on a lot

Well it's not too late to learn.

I can ride a bicyle... fortunately.

My parents bought me bicycles as a kid but I played with the neighbor kid and his dad taught me how to ride a bike. I didn't know how to tie my shoes until like 8th or 9th grade until I finally looked it up on YouTube.

I also had to teach myself to tie my shoes. It was 7th grade and i was 13 and realized everyone else could tie their shoes but I still had Velcro sneakers

So, you're not the guy that stole my bike?

I believe that was me, sorry bro I was drunk and I needed to get home.

I still have the bike, it’s been sitting there for the past 40 years now I’ll return it to the post office and FedEx it to ya.
