You shouldn’t do any. Intravenously is the worst way. Many years ago I had an abusive boyfriend who put a gun to my head and made me share his needle. This went on for a couple of months… by then I was addicted… back then my children were younger. I believe my daughter was 8 and my son was 7. I was no longer the mom they knew.. I was a tweaker.
