Yeah, I quit university. But I remember stuff like that started in high school for some of my peers. My high school was small, and our textbooks were like fifteen years old, from right around the turn of the century. Friends of mine who went to larger, wealthier schools had newer textbooks. The old health textbooks extolled abstinence and hand-holding, the new ones extolled condoms and birth control pills for teenagers.
