I want electroshock therapy. Yes, it'll hurt but it will rewire my brain. Then after that therapy I want to be heavily drugged and put into a medically induced coma
 
Kinda want that, but I can't risk losing my blackpill knowledge. I will go for transcranial magnetic stimulation instead.
