1,35 shoulders to waist ratio (125/92)

I have small frame and I was doing SS, no amount of gymcelling will solve the frame problem and my ridicule shoulder to waist ratio, what the fuck am I supposed to do now?

Shoulder/Waist, take the circumference of your shoulders and divide it by the circumference of your waist, the closer to 1,62, the better

no, if it's 1,62 it means that your shoulder circumference is 62% wider than your waist, I have both a wide waist and shoulder, if I had a smaller waist or a wider shoulder circumference I'd have a bigger ratio

And your shoulder width is actually very good
All that TRULY matters is your shoulder width.... if thats your stats before working out that's VERY average
If thats your stats after having no fat at all on your love handles and working out your shoulders for over a year..
Then it's below average

Manlet is 100% worse than small frame tbh, it's only even comparable when you have a frame like mine or zyros's which is VERY rare.

your frame in terms of shoulder girth is ABOVE average
The only thing slightly subhuman about you is your waist size... but considering you're 22% body fat you'll likely get down to about 34 inches at 15% Which is just about average.
