What can I do to overcome my laziness and apathy?
this, minus the pushupsu dont have to, just walk outside for 30 mins to an hour, maybe a couple pushups
Previously, when I was a schoolboy, I could do push-ups 30 times without stopping. And now I can't even do it once. And he could pull himself up on the crossbar 3 times. I can't do anything right now. Because I haven't done anything for 5 years, and since I quit work, I have a lot of free time. I would like to improve my performance at least to the previous ones. But in a good way. I would like to do push-ups 40 times per set and pull-ups 12 times per set.u dont have to, just walk outside for 30 mins to an hour, maybe a couple pushups
I just know that if I don't keep myself occupied, I'll suffer from depression. I need to either read books, exercise, or play games.u dont have to, just walk outside for 30 mins to an hour, maybe a couple pushups
Just walk for 2 hours in the night and you will feel better. What can I do to overcome my laziness and apathy?
if you have an exercise park like this anywhere near you try using itI just know that if I don't keep myself occupied, I'll suffer from depression. I need to either read books, exercise, or play games.
Take roids
It will take me about six months to get results. Thank you for your advice. In any case, if I don't keep myself occupied, my mental state will deteriorate.if you have an exercise park like this anywhere near you try using it

if it isn't near you, try entering a gym late at night when nobody is there if you want the equipment there
just entering and walking around is often better for your boredom than LDARing
it doesn't really matter what you do as long as it's not stress inducing and it keeps you distracted, your physicality improves as long as you do it for long enough
Yesterday, I tried doing push-ups for the first time. I was able to do two before I fell. It will take me a lot of time to get a good result.if you have an exercise park like this anywhere near you try using it

I just want to do something. I used to study at university, then I worked for six months, and now I'm not doing anything. I don't know why, but when I don't do anything, I get depressed and have suicidal thoughts, which scares me.Same here, almost 30, could never be bothered. my parents have equipment at home but why do something I hate with no results? I won't get a gf from it and don't need to fight anyone. So meh I'll just stay lazy and skinny-fat , if there's no hope I have no motivation at all. And not as importantly, I'm also very low energy. That combined with no hope at all can only lead to no action.
It's probably gonna take only 1-2 weeks to first start seeing results like doing more pushups as your body adapts to that stress.Yesterday, I tried doing push-ups for the first time. I was able to do two before I fell. It will take me a lot of time to get a good result.
At least I'll have less free time.
I'll also have to lose the 30 pounds I've gained. It's probably gonna take only 1-2 weeks to first start seeing results like doing more pushups as your body adapts to that stress.
Excellent attitude. I wish I had that.I just want to do something. I used to study at university, then I worked for six months, and now I'm not doing anything. I don't know why, but when I don't do anything, I get depressed and have suicidal thoughts, which scares me.
