kinda. you need to use tricks to bypass the nsfw filters to get thick legs and large breasts, the problem is that its very inconsistent and you have to change stuff in your prompt constantly

I just use stable diffusion. Quality is not great, but there are a lot of NSFW models available on civitai and it's open source (the newest model isn't fully open source, but at least locally usable for personal use)
