We might need to enforce racial segregation. Maybe like current large US cities have districts like a china town or a russian area, etc.

Everybody who immigrates has to be an incel or a foid. If they're not incel but have important skills they might be allowed (like a heart surgeon for example) but will be treated as second-class citizens.

Overall there should be as few laws as necessary. Every man should be able to live according to his ideologies and principles.
