It has serious effects on the wellbeing of a man in multiple areas:
Self-Esteem:
A foid who thinks you're worthy of penetrating her vagene is probably the biggest self-worth boost a man can possibly get. It'll also make other foids want you.
It launches you into an upward spiral of self-esteem. A healthy amount of self-esteem is necessary for a human being to function in society. Incels are completly deprived of this. Even worse, a guy who can't get girls will always be looked at with pity. It doesn't matter how hard you try at anything, as long as you can't get a gf, people will always see you as an inferior man, leading to even lower levels of self-esteem.
Mind:
Your mind is literally disabled. Inceldom won't let it work right. You're either constantly thinking about sleeping with every foid you see or you're actively supressing it. Both takes up so much brain capacity that you're unable to think straight about more important things or at least will dimish the ability to think. Guys with a normal sexlife don't have that. They don't have to live with a constant worry of: "Will I ever be able to have a gf that'll actually like me for what I am?" "Will I ever be enough for any girl?". This struggle is not how it's supposed to be. Guys shouldn't have to deal with this. Yet, incels have to. That isn't normal, it's a disability and should be treated as one.
Body & Health:
Incels don't have a reason to stay healthy and groomed. You can't get girls anyway, so what's the point? A chad/chadlite has to be groomed and healthy so he can slay foids at a frequent rate. Staying healthy has a purpose for him. As an incel, it doesn't really matter if you live or die. It's over anyway. Question: What's the difference between a fatcel and a gymcel? Answer: There is none, both can't get a gf and are already dead inside. Inceldom deprives a man of reasons to care for his body and health. I see it similar to an eating disorder, it makes you not care for the wellbeing of your own body anymore.
