I have cold approached a lot as well and it does help with inhibition, but I've found that stacking rejections does a lot of harm to your sense of self-esteem and confidence and ultimate find the effort not worth it. Feels like you're intentionally developing CPTSD. Plus, there is a risk you can get falsely accused.

Pros: makes you more low inhib and ''confident'', and not so worried or anxious about dealing with people

Cons: most of it never goes anywhere and could potentially make you feel worthless and hopeless
