Serious I´ve noticed that most people lie about their heights, even in studies

for example, when they do these measurements surveys about height, they look at the ID of the person, but they don´t actually measure those people, but most people tend to exagerated their height with shoes, for example my brother is 5´6(168) but on his ID it shows that he is 5´7(170), same thing with my mother, she is 5´ 2.5(159), but on her id she is 5'4", I am exactly 5'8.3"(173.5) but if i wanted to i could claim to be 5'9.5(176.7) with shoes. so yeah northen europeans arent really that tall.

My bio dad said he's 5'10, my uncle claims to be 5'9. My unlce is taller.
