GTA V mod menus were insane back in the day. Basically just an admin/developer panel. Could spawn in cars with custom scripts, like to make them behave as a transformer, edit the fucking map in real time, remotely crash the game of everyone else in the lobby, etc
Oh yeah I remember those, you needed a jailbroken console just to get ur hands on one
thats why i always wanted the pc version
