Tbh I love the feeling of a shower I take 2 a day normally sometimes 3 a hot shower is effective at reducing stress.

I only showered once per week when I was a young kids because I was slightly scared of the shower. I once told my friends at school (as I thought it was normal) and they destroyed me.

Don’t be so hard on yourself for going through that. A lot of people don’t shower or just ‘let go’ of certain things when they’re depressed or just going through any type of trauma time. I did that too, sometimes I still fuck up. You got this, bro.
