I avoid thinking about my life situation as much as possible. I keep my mind busy doing hobbies and other things. When I think of my future I am filled with fear.

Escapism, not much of other options left for us.
Now that im pretty settled in a career i sont worry about my future as much. Only future stuff i think about is money and how long it would take for me to retire id i dont kms first.

It can be a good thing to keep your mind occupied as much as possible with things you like to do, hobbies, interests etc
