I tried therapy and it sucked. Was basically told platitudes by a foid. Should I try a different therapist or just give up on it?

My doctor is prescribing me government subsidized jewpills and eventually she will ask why I'm not going to therapy, since she sent me to therapy too.

Obviously, if she asks that, I'll tell her the truth, that I stopped going bc the therapist didn't relate to me. But idk if I should try another or refuse.

plenty of doctors are like that with free healthcare, and even with paid healthcare they're still like that sometimes but my current doctor is nice

The pills can help cut sex drive and make u happy. Beware sometimes bad sides for shitty genetic trash people like us though. I would take em. Now as for therapy itself, I have tried it and did maybe 10-20 sessions in my life and personally don't think it was worth it.
