brutal, I used to smoke cigs but it was easy for me to stop

snus isnt that good anyways and you cant swallow spit for a while after
No but if you keep doing it it will be. My suggestion is to always eat before snus and when using it to spit all the saliva that forms because you are spitting nicotine that way. If nicotine enters your stomach it will cause pain for days
