It's easy just go to one of those children drop off points (elementary school) and pick one but you have to be quick since there are alot of people that will try to stop you. You might wonder why, here are some reasons:

1- to check if you really care about the child, if you are not athletic enough to run away from 10-15 adults + police(later on) to save him/her (only two genders) , how could they trust you with him/her(only two genders).

2-they are jealous of you having a kid because they want one too so run very very fast dont look back.

After you are done with that, cage the child in the basement to clean his/her(2 genders) memory from school and make him/her/it(3 genders?) believe your its family
