I try not to throw up so I don’t rape my TMJ joint. When I go out in public i sweat like crazy and start itching due to autoimmune disorder

Throwing up is an important body function to get posion out of your body. Its over if you are unable to vomit

That’s anxiety, your mind is severely traumatized so talking to strangers gives you feelings similar to ptsd, probably from how you’ve been treated as well as social isolation shrinking your comfort zone, but I can’t blame you.

If its anxiety then there are natural ways to treat it effectively. I don't like preaching but cold exposure activates the vagus nerve, so cold showers or just applying something cold to your neck can help a bit.

I used to get so nervous at school that I would throw up in the bathrooms routinely so I get the feeling. Once I even through up in class but kids my age are such fucking drones that no one noticed. I’m over it now tho jewpills and no longer seeing my bully helped me
Also not recommending jewpills unless nothing else works and you need them to function
