I think their trying to make an example out of Trump for any politicians who are somewhat anti establishment

Ever since trump was first running I knew he was being pushed as conduit for all the valid hate against the democratic party. The democratic party did more work to prop him up than republicans. They're using him as a fall guy to scare off future republican candidates with similar politics. I mean if all they have to do is accuse you of being a Russian agent then they could indict anyone. America is dead. We're all watching the corpse shake now

there's a saying among lawyers about prosecutors being able to indict a ham sandwich; that's because the grand jury process is heavily skewed in favor of the prosecution

that said, even former presidents should not be above the law. i'll wait and see how this develops.
