I used to be an avid runner these past years because I loved the adrenaline I'd get from it. I stopped last year because I realized I was putting too much strain on my femur and knees. To the point I could feel as if my bones were withering from inside. I thankfully no longer experience that pain as often as I used to. There were also many times were I almost got runned over or crash into pedestriants since I was that fast.

Grahh. I remember there was this once time I was running swiftly . Got distracted by seeing the reflection of me running. Looked forward and was 5inches away from crashing into a foid on her phone. So I hoped to the left, lost my balance and ended up sliding across the sidewalk. And ended on my back with my right leg twisted. Arms extended in both side and looking at the moon.

Conclusion: don't run.

Bro running actually strengthens your bones .
I don't know what shit you're talking about

I got heart palpitations as a result of running.

Running is terrible for health.

Bruh really???
Yep, not long after I started running and going hard, I started getting jolts in my heart at random times of the day. I can feel it for like half a second before it comes on, then it feels like my heart skips a beat.

If you are going to run, just don't push your body. If your body is telling you to stop or walk, then obviously comply otherwise you will do yourself an injury

Also gave me terrible eye bags and made my bulgy eyes worse.

The harder you go the better athlete you become.

Push harder baby

I used to run a lot in high school since I was both in track and cross country. I liked the wild feeling I'd get from running. At this old-ish age I'm just a vegetable and LDAR.

I run all the time this better not end up being me

Well I've heard that running isnt good for your bones in the long run so im not surprised

How do you tell

How do you tell
It's just natural intuition.
For example if you are sprinting, your body will naturally tell you when you should stop - such as by lactate in the legs, difficulty breathing, etc.
