This post is not going to be a cliche.

But the first red flag is she has almost 3000 followers on Instagram. She is the typical tanned blonde mid tier becky bimbo. And she isn't just slightly above me or a team leader, she is the freaking project director, only second to the literal company owner.

She is 32, and needless to say, I've not been impressed by her. She came about a year ago. Basically all she does is tell us to work better, faster and harder. Does not help us at all.

A couple of months ago she went on paid vacation and no one really noticed because she doesn't actually do anything. She sends like 3 emails per day with random meaningless bullshit. But when a single level 1 agent is missing, you immediately notice it because all the other agents get overloaded.

I have a very poor opinion in general of managers because they don't actually do anything. The level 1 workers are the lifeblood of the company. But she seems especially incompetent.
