I here all these normans crying about”it’s the worst job ever” but have you seen some of the other jobs available. Work for some big corporation and have to be in cubic ale or sell waffle machines for like 10.50 and hour. Teachers have to deal with students, but how many teachers get breathalyzer. You could litteralt get hammered every day, tell the students shit, and grade their papers. Professions are overrated, and you get snow days and summer off

Teachers in my city make near to $100,000 a year.. full medical insurance, full pension, they get mega holidays, like 1 week Christmas, 2 weeks Spring Break and 10 weeks Summer vacation - right when you want to be off each year.

And they have a great union that stands up for them. And taxpayers pay for it, so no chance of 'downsizing'.

Well people still do that here especially if the pay isn't great, the minimum vacation days is just a legal requirement that you can legally book off without fear of being fired. In many cases they don't roll over year upon year so its not uncommon for people to take a few weeks off around Christmas to use them all up.

Sometimes you end up with a stampede of people with kids all rushing to book the same days off and the expectation that some single simp will take one for the team and work that day so they can spend time off with their offspring.

Ya and firms don't mind it, as long as other firms have to do the same thing. And firms just adjust the wage rate to reflect the output of the employees. So someone with more time off just makes less for the whole year than someone who works more.

Problem in places is people are so competitive that if they know someone else makes more, they will then work more to make the same or more. So you hinder that by having mandatory minimums vacation benefits.

Pay and benefits are obviously good but in my opinion it's not a great job for incels because of LOOKISM and because it requirs some degree of NTmaxxing. If you're an aspie or ugly it's going to be very difficult to teach without kids trying to mog you take over control of the classroom (and good luck getting support from co-workers if you're ugly/aspie). If you're NTmaxxed enough to control a large, dynamic group of people or not ugly than you're probably a fakecel.
