I overthink a lot. I feel like I might have this but not sure. Honestly, my life has been shit for so long and I've been overthinking a shit ton so it wouldn't even surprise me if I do have it.

My OCD is in the form of intrusive thoughts/rumination that can torture me all day sometimes. Yes it's torture. I'm trying to work on exposure therapy, letting the thoughts just "sit" and not react to them, letting the anxiety/fear just flow through my body and not react. It's particularly bad when I wake up in the middle of the night and can't sleep, just lying in bed in the dark, and these scary thoughts enter my mind. (I have insomnia problems too)

I'm not OP but I was on OCD meds but I hate having to do a psychiatrist appointment every 3 months to get refills, so I stopped taking it a year ago. I'm trying inositol supplement now, not sure if it works. Studies say it works for some people.
 
I hate it so much, It makes it hard for me to cope with hand I've been dealt in life because I cannot stop thinking about stuff, I always have to make changes by I never satisficed with the final result.

so you take 800mg/day total magnesium? i wasn't sure if you mean 400mg per day or 800mg per day. Also do you take magnesium citrate or magnesium glycinate?
