I suck at online games

Seriously every time I try getting into online gaming I quit because of how much I suck at those games. When I went to my friend's home to play Call of Duty online on their Ps3 (my Xbox 360 was pirated so I couldn't play online games) I always ended in the worst position, with most deaths and less kills. On TF2 the same I spawned and in less than 10 seconds boom dead again. In Battlefront 2 for Ps4 the same old sheit. And what can I say about League of Legends, I read guides and strategies for the champions I was using but it didn't matter, I always got my ass kicked. The only online competitive game I was a little bit better was Overwatch, I always ended in the middle (and sometimes top) of the ranking after the game. Soldier 76, D.Va and Pharah were super easy to use kek. Anyone else has this problem?

Brutal. Maybe find a genre you're good at, I am good at shooters while I am horrible at MOBA games.

Same, I was super broke growing up. So i only got into fps games when i built my PC. Started with overwatch and learned to play pharah, soldier, and reaper to a high level. To be honest tryharding and winning isn't worth it. I tried playing competitive and hated it. It makes the game into a meta-driven repetitive slog. The time and effort to get good isn't worth the miniscule hit of dopomine after winning a match, unless your going pro and making money off it.

Same i am only good with mmos and Paladins/overwatch. I get raped in COD/battlefield. So much so i only play single player games

And even then if game too hard, i will cheat engine it, lower difficulty or drop it and watch yter do it

Also can't relate, I'm usually hot garbage the first month of playing a game but I catch up the pace real quick. With LoL I tend to do relatively well in matches but my team always, without fail, happens to be full of morons, flamers & trolls which is why I quit for a while. Smash online is legit unplayable garbage so can't speak much about that, but I've actually went to tourneys before.

The only online game I seriously played was SC2. If you play ranked the system will eventually place you at a league where you can get a 50% win rate so you won't be stomping your opponents the entire time but also won't get owned too often.

I can't imagine playing games where players of various skill levels can appear in the same match-up.
