I liked the Frieza saga

Frieza was a scary looking alien that just kept getting scarier looking as he evolved

Haven't watched DBZ in over 2 decades though...

I think cell has the best dbz villain design, and the best motivation, he wants to be all powerful as he was intended.
But tbh, he has the worst personality.
He fucking whines, crys and begs for vegeta to let him transform and become more powerful

Yeah he's my favorite one too but his moveset was pretty boring. He really only uses the signature attacks of the Z fighters and that's it. Unless I'm forgetting something
