The odd thing is how there always needs to be a discussion about the dickpill. There is no way to "compensate" for a small penis. I would link a post of mine which explains what this would involve in depth, and why it would not be worth it, because it would be nothing but a humiliation ritual. Overall I would not recommend it though. If you simply want children and a family then saving up for fatherhood through surrogacy is a better option. There is no love a woman can give you. All you will really end up doing is spending every waking moment pampering some ungrateful hole, who can and will leave you eventually.
