I spend a significant chunk of my day just refreshing this website

Most of the posts aren't even interesting. And I rarely get notifications.

But I can't get myself to do anything productive. Or even entertain myself. I rather hit refresh 100 times in a row in the hope that one topic comes up that I'm really interested in. But it never really happens.

When there are no new posts I play counter strike for the 16283rd time or I watch some braindead youtube video. I could play new video games or watch a series but I get bored after a few minutes.

I can't even contribute anything positive, I feel braindead
